Placing an order does not guarantee availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a refund or exchange option.

We accept payment methods listed at checkout.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on location. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is approved.
