At Miamore, we work hard to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Pre-order products can take up to 30 business days after payment is received.
  • Please note: during launches, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (Australia): 3-10 (depending on your location)

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are provided at checkout 

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (if applicable).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@miamore.com.au within 5 days of delivery.

  • We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
