At Miamore, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please read our purchase and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Purchase Options

All purchases must be made directly through our website.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been packed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@miamore.com.au with your order number as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may need to follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
3. Pre-Orders

Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase unless the order has already entered production.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders will be provided by request. Please note these are estimates only and may change due to production or shipping delays.
4. Changes to Orders

We are unable to make changes to items, sizes, or shipping addresses once an order has been processed. Please double-check your order details before checkout.
